Excellent stay, great location
buggy service juice station
i got upgraded to the traders club twin towers view room. the views of the petronas towers were fine. we appreciated the buggy service to the suria mall. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was diverse and fresh. i liked the fresh juice station.
i found that the surfaces in the room were dusty. ventilation could have been better, as i occasionally smelled smoke.

Acceptable Location, Some Issues
faulty air conditioning strong odor
The location was convenient. It was easy to get to the convention center.
The air conditioning turned off during the evening, made sleeping difficult. I also noticed a persistent odor in the bathroom. It smelled strongly of urea.

The breakfast was not good. The food tasted like it was prepared by amateurs. The bigger bed also had bed bugs. I regret choosing this hotel for my stay.

sky high delight!
great deal twin towers air conditioning free buggy
i totally scored a great deal on my twin towers view room! the air conditioning kept me super cool. i used the water dispenser a lot so i didn't buy bottles. hopping on the free buggy to the suria mall was a fantastic perk.
the check-in took longer than i expected i really just wanted to get to my room and relax after a long day of exploring.

the gym features various equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes so workouts are versatile. the pool area includes ample loungers for relaxation it has a shaded section for those sunny afternoons. there is a bar lounge available into the evening hours.

the room is well-equipped with two separate sinks which makes getting ready much easier. a rainfall shower is included. the room offers a fine view of the towers making every moment nice.

the hotel provides a buggy service that offers quick transport to the suria mall nearby. i appreciated the free water dispenser which cut down on costs. the staff was quick to help with questions i had about local attractions.
